You have a cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel an order. This period is 7 working days after the day on which the goods have been received.

Should you wish to cancel any item prior to shipping please let us know by e-mail so that we can arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please detail the reason for cancellation within the email. If items have already been shipped, then the returns process will apply.

Returns should be sent back with their original packaging unless notified. Packaging should be sealed and secured properly protecting the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned but are not delivered. Please ensure that any returns are sent by recorded or special delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order:

2. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms below:

• You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items should be returned with their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless we have supplied in error.

• Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange coupon as required within 30 days, provided the goods are returned without damage and in the condition they were originally sent to you. The goods should be inspected and examined at point of the original delivery and any damage or faulty parts should be notified to us immediately.

• The rights to return the goods to us as detailed above will not apply if that the product has been used.

Once the goods have been returned satisfactorily the contract of sale will be considered cancelled.

Each case will be examined on its own merit. We will of course help to resolve queries, however we give no guarantees to replace faulty goods.
