General Overview - Shipping Policy for Website

When you access and use this website you agree to be legally bound by all our terms and conditions, policies, procedures, disclaimers and notes. When you purchase goods from the Online Themed Gift Store you are legally bound by all Gift Store Terms of Service.

Packaging

All our packaging complies with our Environmental Policy and is focussed on green, eco-friendly and re-cycling ideals and values.

Orders and Shipping

When you place an order, you will receive an order email confirmation. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Goods will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days of being processed. For very large orders, goods may take longer to be dispatched, but full notification will be sent by e-mail indicating the expected dispatch date.

Please note, a contract between Animal Days Out only exists once goods have been shipped and a shipped confirmation email has been received by yourself.

All orders are sent primarily by First Class Recorded Delivery. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via our preferred courier. 

Royal Mail Special Next day delivery is a shipping option available in your basket

Please be aware that all orders will require a signature to accept delivery.

We offer a number of different shipping rates and methods of delivery. Please view our Shipping Rate Price Guide for the latest shipping options and costs.

Costs are based on the total weight of the goods ordered.

Shipping is currently limited to the UK Mainland Only directly through our Gift Store.
