Club Fees 
If you would like to try us out before committing to a term, we will be happy to arrange a free trial session.
Full Membership
To join our club, there is an initial one-off Membership fee of £10 which includes a member welcome goodie bag, affiliation with the RSPB Wildlife Explorer club and your child’s insurance. Additional Membership benefits include an exclusive parent/guardians discount for any purchases of our wider animal experiences in our online store.
Family Discount
There is a discount of £5 on the membership fees for subsequent siblings that become full members to either group.
Thereafter club fees are payable for each remaining term accordingly, although for convenience please speak with us if you would prefer to pay for a full term or set up a standing order.
2011 Fees Schedule (per 6 weeks of each half term)
Fees are payable 6 times a year (unless by other arrangement i.e. standing order or full term payments). Optional days and holiday clubs will be additional as required. Club Members will benefit from discounted costs to the holiday clubs.
The Autumn term is a 7 week term
1 hour session £35 per term (Young Explorers) equating to £5 per session
1.5 hours session £42 per term (Rangers) equating to £6 per session
Optional Days Out
During the course of a term, there will usually be at least one day trip to a designated location. Details, booking information and costs for these trips will be advised at the time. Trip charges will cover staff, cost of transport (where required), entry fees or additional materials. These field trips and experiences are optional and will be organised for weekends during school term. The trip fees will be due in advance of the trip. We will also be offering trips within the holiday club or summer schemes.
Methods of Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, electronic bank transfer, cheque or cash payment for term fees. Please contact us for bank details if you wish to pay by bank transfer or set up a standing order.
For convenience we welcome the preferred method of payment by debit card and we can also accept payment over the phone (0845 604 4921) at any time during working hours:
Office Hours (9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday).
Payment Terms
1. Term fees are payable by the SECOND week of each new term
2. Fees that are paid after the second week of the term will incur a late administration fee of £5 per family. Please understand that we have running costs and cash flow is important!
3. If your child joins mid-term, they will be required to join with Full Membership and then pay for the remainder of the term fees applicable.
4. Cheques should be made payable to Animal Days Out. Returned cheques will incur a £10 administration charge due to subsequent bank charges to ADO
5. Fees are non refundable for holidays or absences
